Work cohesively with the entire staff to create a unique guest experience that provides clean, professional, and efficient service. Assist servers, execute daily side-work, and participate in open/close duties. Attend daily shift meetings, learn & retain general restaurant information, and daily menu descriptions. Be able to recognize regular guests and build rapport. Responsible for uniform, including apron, lighter, wine opener, and pens.
