Greet guests in a warm, welcoming & professional manner—in person and over the phone. Attend daily shift meetings to stay informed on general restaurant information, upcoming events, and daily menu offerings. Take To-Go orders when applicable. Maintain a clean lobby and hostess stand. Create and oversee reservations, through the reservation system and seat guests correctly. Be able to recognize regular guests and build rapport. Communicate effectively with all staff during service. Stay organized to maintain the pace of the restaurant’s service each day.
